To order your recovery media please make a note of the make and model of the computer that you require recovery media for. This information can be found on your purchase details (receipt, coverplan agreement etc), or the back/base of your computer.

The recovery kit consists of the recovery CD/DVD set, and a user guide to assist you in resetting your PC back to its original factory settings. The CDs include an operating system, drivers, and other applications.
