How do I find out when my new product is arriving?

We understand that you don't want to be sitting around all day waiting for your delivery. To find out when your delivery will be arriving simply enter your 10-digit order number into the box above after 9pm the day before your delivery.

Where is my order number?

Your order number is 10-digits long beginning with a '7', for example 7430123456. You can find it on your receipt from store or in the e-mail you received if you purchased your product online.

The day of your delivery

Here's some useful information about your delivery:

  • Our driver will call you when he's half an hour away to let you know he's on his way. Remember to have your mobile phone with you to take the call!
  • Our delivery crew will bring the product into your house and unbox it (you can ask them to leave it packaged if you wish). They'll take away your old product for recycling if you wish (you need to disconnect this before we arrive). If you have purchased our "Time to Suit" delivery we'll also remove the packaging and ensure it's recycled.
  • If you've asked for an install service or scrap then our crew will carry this out for you and make sure you're happy with the service before we leave.
